If this site has the authpreventaccountcreation setting enabled, this may mean you need an administrator to create an account for you first.

Students: Contact the ICT Helpdesk for assistance with your user credentials.
Lecturers: Contact LTHelpdesk@mandela.ac.za for support with your login details.

Before contacting support, please check the following:

✔ Ensure you use the correct username and password (e.g., s123456789@mandela.ac.za).
✔ Verify that Caps Lock is turned off.
✔ Confirm that you are connected to a stable internet connection.
