Please follow these steps:
- Students: Contact the ICT Helpdesk for assistance with your user credentials.
- Lecturers: Contact LTHelpdesk@mandela.ac.za for support with your login details.
Before contacting support, please check the following:
- ✔ Ensure you use the correct username and password (e.g., s123456789@mandela.ac.za).
- ✔ Verify that Caps Lock is turned off.
- ✔ Confirm that you are connected to a stable internet connection.
