❓ Why can't I find a student when I want to enrol them?

Students may not appear for enrolment because their login credentials have not been created yet. Please check the following:

  • Student login credentials are automatically created on registration.
  • All returning students have had their accounts created.
  • Only finally accepted students who have formally accepted their offer will have accounts created.
  • If a student has not yet accepted their offer, their account will not exist in FUNDA.
  • If a student has accepted their offer but still cannot be found, they should contact the ICT Helpdesk for their login credentials.
